Car bomb Cupcakes did you see this post and recipe? Several years ago our dear friend Nick remarked, with intense disdain, that calling a bar drink a "car bomb" was so bloody offensive and incendiary that he couldn't fathom that it could be uttered anywhere in the country much less Ireland... this coming from a man who loves to be...how shall I put this, sooooooooooo POLITICALLY INCORRECT he could make frat boys blush.
I can't wait to make these for him.
